When do I need climate control?
The demand for tents all year round has increased, and we want
to be sure to fulfill the need for comfort of your guests in an
outdoor setting. Since weather conditions are not always ideal
and can change without notice, it's important to anticipate and
plan for climate control inside your tented event. What one may
consider comfortable outdoors may seem warm or cool to another.
We recommend considering climate control during all seasons.
Once you have selected a specific event date, it's important to
discuss the possible weather conditions that may occur, and the
climate control options available to you.
What types of climate control do you have?
A comfortable tent setting directly contributes to the fun and
success of your event. During the warm or hot summer days we
have options to ensure your guests can enjoy your gathering or
party. We have tent fans to provide air circulation for those
moderately warm days.
When the humidity rises, we have a practical solution for relief in
the portable evaporative coolers that reduce air temperatures up
to 18 degrees.
For extreme humidity and high temperatures, HVAC forced air
conditioners are a must.
When the conditions become cool or cold, the need for forced air
propane heaters is paramount. Whether you need to take the chill
out of the air, or heat a tent, we have both 80,000btu and
170,000btu thermostat controlled units to ensure you tent is
comfortable. It's important to note that all of our climate control
options require some form of power from an on-site source or
portable generator.
